STEP 1: DEFINE

KSI’s inspiration galleries have everything you need to get inspired. And our Imagine My Space tool will help you bring your vision to life, so our designers can create a space that’s unique to you.

STEP 2: DISCOVER

Your home is special. And so are you.

We’ll measure your space, and together, we’ll consider any new dimensions you would like to add. You’ll share insight into your routine and lifestyle and let us know your must-have items and wish list.

We’ll gather the information we need to ensure your new space works for the way your family lives, works and entertains.

STEP 3: DESIGN

It’s time to get creative!

We’ll develop a design concept and recommend cabinetry, countertops and hardware.

We’ll present 3D renderings on a large screen so you can visualize your new space. You’ll provide feedback.

Then, we’ll refine together until we arrive at your dream space.

STEP 4: DETERMINE

Here’s where it gets real.

Together, we’ll determine a project schedule for your remodeling experience. We’ll double-check measurements, verify each detail of product selections, review checklists to prep the space for installation, place orders and schedule delivery.

Then, our team will coordinate with your installer to ensure everything runs smoothly. The result? A stress-free remodeling experience that you can have confidence in.

STEP 5: DELIVER

We deliver — literally.

We’ll accept delivery of products and inspect them for accuracy and quality. Then, we’ll complete the installation with certified contractors.

We’ll coordinate every step of the process to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the space you and your designer envisioned together.
