Zach started his professional design career in landscape design before branching out to interior design consulting and decorating. In college he fell in love with kitchen and bath design and pursued it in school, as well as completing two internships with KSI. Upon graduating, Zach joined KSI as a Design Coordinator in our Macomb and Birmingham Design Centers before becoming an Associate Designer on our Birmingham Design Team.
Zach enjoys creating solutions for clients. “Being a designer allows me to be creative, but also problem solve and use critical thinking skills,” says Zach. “The challenge to better understand clients’ issues with their homes and create solutions and better lifestyles is so rewarding.”
Zach loves staying on top of the latest trends and advancements in Interior Design. “Design trends are constantly changing. With the help of social media and listening to what clients want, I’m able to incorporate new and exciting aspects of design into my client’s home,” says Zach.
Outside of the office, Zach enjoys fixing up his home, spending time with family and friends, farming, and heading up north for vacation.
