Traci Lafrenz

Traci attended Baker College, where she earned her associate’s degree in Interior Design. She started in the industry as an inside sales designer, gaining hands-on experience in purchasing, project scheduling, and guiding clients through every phase of the design process. Traci came to KSI to pursue her passion for kitchen and bath design. Her journey with KSI came full circle, as the company had renovated her own kitchen and bathroom 10 years ago. The positive experience left a lasting impression, inspiring her to join the team and bring that same level of care and excellence to her clients. She loves every part of the design process, from hearing a customer’s initial vision to seeing the final space come to life helping clients transform their homes into something truly special.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys life’s simple pleasures—experimenting with new recipes, going on adventures with her husband and kids, and finding design inspiration in everyday moments. During the summer, you’ll often find her and her family boating on Lake St. Clair, and when the weather cools down, she loves cozy days spent at home surrounded by loved ones, good food, and laughter.
