Josh Shepard

Josh has built a strong career in retail management, bringing years of leadership and customer-focused experience to every role he’s taken on. Before joining Cabinetworks Group in 2018, he worked as a Manager for one of the big box stores, where he developed a deep understanding of both operations and client service. At Cabinetworks, he served as an Account Manager overseeing 30 box stores stores across Michigan, working directly with cabinet designers and representing the KraftMaid and Schuler Cabinetry brands. His background gives him a well-rounded perspective on both the retail and design sides of the business, making him a valuable addition to the KSI team.

Outside of work, Josh loves spending time with his wife and their three children. Family time often means cheering the kids on at their sporting events, going camping, riding four-wheelers, or swimming in the pool together. When he gets a little downtime, you can usually find him fishing, golfing, or out on the boat with his family, soaking up Michigan’s beautiful outdoors and making lasting memories.
