Brian Sobczynski

Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Business Development Manager at KSI Kitchen and Bath. After starting his career as a CPA and spending several years in the mortgage industry, he transitioned into construction, where he found his long-term professional focus. He spent two decades in the flooring industry, working primarily with new construction projects including both single-family and multi-family developments. Along the way, he also gained operational leadership experience managing maintenance and housekeeping departments for a hospital, adding depth to his operational and management skill set. His diverse background provides a strong foundation for building relationships and driving growth at KSI.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active and pursuing a wide range of interests. He spends his free time golfing, fishing, bowling, and playing hockey—often with players half his age. He’s also an avid Great Lakes shipping and history enthusiast who enjoys diving into historical documentaries. Family time is a top priority, whether he’s cheering on his daughter at high school softball games or stepping in as the home-game announcer. On weekends, he and his family love making the most of short getaways, exploring new places, and relaxing together.
