Logistics and Customer Support Coordinator

KSI is seeking a motivated, service-oriented logistics professional to join our team. As an Operations Support Lead, you will help coordinate shipping, receiving, delivery routing, customer pickups and general operations support. What You’ll Do

  • Review inbound and outbound orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Receive inventory and coordinate shipments (including UPS)
  • Communicate delivery timeframes with customers—keeping them informed and confident
  • Coordinate customer pickups with internal teams
  • Support daily operations and help solve issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and showroom teams to keep everything aligned

  • Orders are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Customers are informed, confident, and satisfied
  • Pickups and deliveries run smoothly and on time
  • Issues are resolved quickly—with minimal disruption

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of experience in office, logistics, or customer support roles
  • Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WMS or routing software is a plus)
  • A team-first mindset with a “figure it out” attitude
